Please be respectful to all members. Harassment, blatant racism and mentioning harm towards children or animals will not be tolerated.
Do not advertise links, other servers, or communities.
Do not spam chat in any way. Mic spam is defined as playing sounds or music for an extended period of time. Hobos are allowed to play music on their mic, given that it is notloud or obnoxious.
Do not attempt to evade punishments.
Do notRDM. RDM (Random Death Match) is the act where you kill someone without a valid roleplay reason.
Do not abuse your job in any way. Job abuse is defined by switching to a job to perform a sole action, then switching off.
Exploits of any kind will result in an immediate punishment depending on the severity. Anti AFKing is considered exploiting.
Cheats of any kind will result in an immediate punishment. Auto Clickers, E Spammers, Flashlight Spammers, and any other third-party software is considered cheating.
Do notprop block or prop climb.
Do not impersonate staff or other users.
Do not trap people in your base. If someone asks to be let out and you refuse, you may be punished.
Do not scam anyone for in-game money or real life money.
You may not sell your job position. (Someone can ask to buy it off you, but you cannot actively say that you're selling it.)
Do not obscure your player with accessories in any way at all.
Entities that can be used to afk money must be kept inside your base.
Do not spam smoke grenades.
Insiding is not allowed.
Staff have final say. If you have a problem with how your sit was handled, please make a report on the discord and It will be looked into further.
Metagaming/NLR Rules
NLR (New Life Rule) prohibits you from remembering anything that is inside your NLR area. This includes: players, bases, vehicles, and any other entities.
NLR is 5 minutes.
Do not return or interact with the RP situation involving your NLR during its period. (E.G. returning to a raid after 5 minutes)
You may notmetagame. Examples of metagaming would be: Warranting for printer sounds, Telling a cop you are being raided after being killed or Adding a law making all hobos KOS.
Purge Rules
ALL jobs may participate in the purge.
Government/Police are not allowed to warrant or want people during the purge.
NLR does not apply during the purge.
You are not allowed to purge from your base.
The purge does not mean you may break server rules.
Airdrop Rules
All jobs may enter and participate in airdrop zones.
Any player that is inside the red circle is KOS.
NLR applies to airdrops, you may not go back to it once you've died.
NVJ's and RP Action Rules
NVJ stands for non-violent job. These are jobs that cannotraid, mug, steal, kidnap, capture/defend territories or counter. The F4 menu designates whether a job is a NVJ or not.
RP Actions are automatically initiated based on certain actions.
Keypad Cracking/Lockpicking will automatically advert raid.
If a go-kart is lockpicked, a carjack will automatically be adverted.
Kidnap Baton/Restraints will automatically advert kidnap.
C4 will automatically advert terror.
To counter RP Actions type /counter in the area of the action that is happening. Terror attacks are exempt from this, you do not have to advert to counter them.
Once you have finished an RP Action, you must type in chat /over to signal that the action is over.
Do not use RP Actions to harass players. (E.G. Chain Mugging, Chain Raiding, Chain Kidnapping, and Chain Countering)
RDM jobs must still advert according to their job description.
Party Rules
Party rules do not apply to Gangs. If you wish to defend your friends you must be in a party.
You may not defend a party member if you are participating in gang captures or defenses. (You may only defend/capture flags with other gang members)
Please be aware of the District Zones (E.G. Park, Fountain, Residential) before you begin capturing/defendingflags. If you are in a valid zone, it will tell you where you are in the top right of your UI.
The currentflag holders can KOS the opposing gang members if they have begun capturing the territory and are in the same district.
The capturing members can KOS the current flag holderswithin the district they are capturing.
Once the territory is fully captured, KOS for both parties is immediately invalidated. Unless damage has been dealt.
If the capture is canceled, KOS for both parties is valid until either party dies or leaves the district.
You may not defend territories from inside a building or base.

Base/Building Rules
You may not build in or above the street or tunnels as any job. You may not build in other people's bases at all.
Megabasing is not allowed. You may not block off any major access points at all, and you may not block off entire districts even if you or your party own all of the buildings.
You may not own more than one base.
Bases must be connected to an own-able world door.
Your base must be easilyenterable and distinguishable from the rest of the base. Nopixel perfect bases. You may block off any extraentrances to your base.
Prop maze bases are not allowed. Your base must have a clearpath and a maximum of 3 turns.
You may build on the roof of a building if you own the entire building.
If you are building something in the air, it must have supports in some way.
You may not build crouch entrances, crouch bases or jump bases at all.
You may have a maximum of 4 fading doors used to enter the base.
You may have oneadditionalfading door for raidables with a buttononly.
A raider must only have to keypad crack each door once to get in.
Any methods to prevent raiders from getting their deployable keypad crackers back are not allowed.
Your base entrance may not consist of no-collided props or text screens.
A base entrance is defined as your first fading door with a keypad to the last fading door with a keypad.
You may only have onebase entrance and exit in your base.
You must be able to fit a total of 2 players in between the fading doors in your entrance, front and back or side to side.
Your fading windows and doors must be easily distinguishable from the base and when opened and closed. (E.G. Windows and doors must be another color/material than your base and look clearly open when used)
Fading doors/fading windows may not be made up of multiple props.
All fading doors/fading windowsmust have a fully visible button or keypad next to it.
All buttons and keypadsmust be eye level. Fading windows do not need eye level buttons, but they must be accessible withoutcrouching or jumping.
You may not have fake or useless buttons and keypads.
Your base may not have any party-specific fading doors/fading windows or owner-only fading doors/fading windows at all.
Kill boxes are not allowed at all. This includes angled shooting peaks and blind fires. Raiders must be able to easily see you at all times if you can see them.
Shooting windows or peaks must be a minimum size of a 2 blocks tall and wide. (E.G. models/hunter/blocks/cube05x1x05.mdl)
Raiders must be able to see your chest and head through your shooting windows.
You may not have any defenses that require a specificweapon to shoot/penetrate through.
Your base may not have any ledges or drops that cause damage at all.
You must be in a party to base with people. Base membersmust be co-owners on the property doors. (Government are exempt from this rule)
You may not stand in no-collided props. Props that are no-collidedmust have an accompanying text screen.
KOS lines are allowed if they are clear and visible with an accompanying KOS sign. Onlybase members may enforce the KOS line. KOS is valid for 3 seconds after exiting the KOS zone. The only allowed KOS reasons are Past Line or Shooting at base. You must have raidables/job entities to enforce KOS. Cinema Manager is excluded from this.
While you are building you may have a building sign up exempting you from any RP Actions. You may not have both a KOS and building sign and you may not have any raidables/job entities.
Any text screens for KOS, no-collide and building must be easy to read/see, you may not obscure your text screen in any way.
You may not have disorientating, blinding bases or bases that cause visibility issues.
Cameras may not be inside your base. You may only use them for watching the outside of your base.
Raiding Rules
You may not raid a base with a building sign.
Raids only last for 15 minutes. If you die during an active raid, you may not return to your base until the raid is over. If the PD is being raided, Government Officials are exempt from NLR.
You must wait 5 minutes before raiding a different base and 10 minutes before raiding the same base.
Anyone inside the base during an active raid is KOS.
You must be at the beginning of the base's entrance to start a raid.
You may not use any explosives for defending a base during a raid.
Mugging Rules
You must always /mug <amount> to initiate a mug. The maximum mug amount is $100,000.
Mugs only last for 1 minute. You must wait at least 10 seconds before killing the person unless the player damages you.
You may not tell someone that free looking or moving is KOS.
Make sure to type /over when you have finished the mug.
You must wait 5 minutes before mugging a different person and 10 minutes before mugging the same person.
Kidnapping Rules
To initiate a kidnap use the kidnapping baton on your victim.
Holding someone kidnapped may only last for 10 minutes.
The maximum ransom for a kidnapped person is $500,000.
You may not tie people to props or hang them around the map or get people stuck in the world/props.
You must wait 15 minutes before kidnapping a different person and 30 minutes before kidnapping the same person.
If you are kidnapped you must follow the kidnapper instructions however, You may struggle even if they tell you not to.
Stealing Rules
If you are going to steal an from someone outside of a raid you must type /advert steal.
You may kill a player if they are stealing your items.
Warning Rules
You may warn players if they are bothering you or following you. To begin this type /warn.
You must/warn3 times with 10 second intervals, after the third warning, you may kill the person.
Go-Kart Rules
Do not abuse karts in any way. This includes: Using karts to get inside a base, Using the remover tool to delete your kart when it is stolen.
You are KOS if inside someone else's kart without permission.
To initiate a carjack, lockpick the go-kart. Taking karts without lock-picking is considered stealing which you must type /advert steal if you do not need to lockpick the kart.
You must wait 15 minutes before carjacking a different person and 30 minutes before carjacking the same person.
Government Rules
You may not have laws that are designed to mass KOS/AOS people. Examples include: jay Walking is AOS, not saying hello to the mayor is KOS, or anything targeting a specific job or player)
Police must have a valid reason for a warrant. Invalid reasons are: Printer sounds, Mandatory Search, or Printer Check. You must be able to physically see what you are warranting the person for.
Do not harass people with government jobs and do not use the system to target people.
Terror Rules
Terror attacks may only last 5 minutes and may only occur in a single district. You are allowed to shoot out of your green terror circle, if the person is in the same district as you. Do not enter buildings or sit on rooftops during your terror attack.
To begin a terror without C4 type /terror. You do not have to work with other terrorists during the attack. You must wait 30 minutes in-between terror attacks.
